You will be provided credentials by the Satellite Phone store to log in to

Navigate to: https://www.findmespot.com/en-us/

• There is no need to register with Globstar if you have service through the Satellite Phone store.
  
  
  
• Enter your username and your password after clicking "Login"

• After clicking "Firmware update required" download the firmware and installer for your particular operating system (Currently Windows and Mac are supported)
