No OpenAMIP profile after previously working.
There is a possibility that the commissioning file has been corrupted. If that is the case then OpenAMIP will not show up with a satellite profile on the terminal display, given from the modem.
To check if this is the case:
1. Check that the OpenAMIP communication starts.
This is done by looking into the modem att 192.168.222.222 and going into Menu - Details - Terminal/Device - Reporting & Configuration and check so that the modem has received the terminal coordinates. If the modem has GPS coordinates redo the commissioning wizard.
2. Log onto the modem using SFTP or SSH. Check the commissioning.json file located at /sysopt/config/network folder.
If the file is 0kb the file has been corrupted.
To solve the issue with a corrupted file.
Upload either the file attached on this page or go through the commissioning wizard.
We recommend to upload the file to the same place it is located.
The file has a big chance of being corrupted if the commissioning wizard is initiated but not successfully finished.
